Examples of our work
For London Fire Brigade, as part of an Open Text eDOCS DM implementation project, KnowHow developed and delivered a custom training course to the end users within each of the business user groups.

For Mewburn Ellis LLP (a firm of patent and tradmark attorneys), as part of an Open Text eDOCS DM implementation project, KnowHow developed and delivered a train-the-trainer course to the training co-ordinators to enable them to undertake the training of end users within each of the business user groups.
- System Administration Training
For Mewburn Ellis LLP (a firm of patent and tradmark attorneys), as part of the Open Text eDOCS DM implementation project, KnowHow provided overview and detailed system administration training for the various members of their IT department, to ensure they were able to manage and administer the system effectively.
